I have worked within an innovative arts based mental health charity, The Studio Upstairs, lived and worked as a therapist within Therapeutic Communities and held senior psychotherapy positions within the NHS, most recently as Consultant Psychotherapist leading a Personality Disorders Service.
I have been involved in teaching and supervision with a variety of Psychotherapy trainings and public sector organisations, including the NHS and Probation Service.
I completed my training at the Arbours Association and have further qualifications in Working with Personality Disorders from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, Mentalization from the Anna Freud Centre and Group Work from the Institute of Group Analysis .
I have maintained a Private Practice during this time, and look to bring the depth of my experience to these meetings in a flexible and creative way. I am very open to working with those struggling with more complex emotional difficulties.
